The Grand Marlin will feature the area's best selection of seafood, highlighted by daily specials from the kitchen of prize-winning Chef Gregg McCarthy. Printing its menu daily, The Grand Marlin ensures its choice of fish and shellfish will be the freshest on the Gulf Coast. And for those in the mood for something other than seafood we will offer tempting steaks, succulent poultry dishes and other fare to meet your every taste.

The dining room will feature the area's best-stocked and most tempting oyster bar. There the finest oysters, from Apalachicola and East Bay to more exotic locales, will be shucked to order. It's a perfect place for a quick lunch, to meet friends for our daily Happy Hour or to sample our specialty baked oysters.

Also on offer will be a full-bar and an intriguing 80-plus bottle wine list chosen to compliment any dish while presenting exceptional value. From this enticing wine selection many will be available by the glass.

Overlooking our beautifully designed dining room, with its barrel-vault ceiling and comfortable banquettes, is a spectacular 1,228.5-pound Atlantic Blue Marlin. The fish holds the North Carolina state record and was caught Aug. 15, 2008 by Trey Irvine aboard the Mimi.

Adjacent to our dining room The Grand Marlin Ship's Store will stock high-quality, one-of-a-kind clothing and other beach-oriented merchandise. Grand Marlin-insignia apparel, first-quality sunglasses, and art by renowned marine artist Steve Goione is but a small sample of what the dressing room-equipped Ship's Store will offer.
