THE GRANDER HALL
The Grand Marlin offers private dining for parties of 20 to 100. Our Grand Banquet Room seats 100 for completely private dining. For smaller parties our semi-private Santa Rosa Room seats 40-55 while our Club Room seats 20-35. The rooms overlook Santa Rosa Sound with views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Pensacola Beach. Rental of the entire restaurant and bar is available for parties of up to 300.

Seating times on Friday and Saturday evenings are 5 to 8 p.m. or 8:30 p.m. to close. For lunch service seating is from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2 to 4 p.m. We ask parties of 15 or more to dine from our Dinner or Lunch banquet menus.
